A friend referred me to DCC Builders for a roof issue I was having. I met with Randy, the owner and Brandon for a solution. They checked my old flat roof that needed to be replaced and quoted a price that was within my budget. It was also noted that the job might need additional tiles or wood. Again I was ok with that and was grateful they were up front about possible additional costs if extra material was needed. Pamela and Jess from DCC made sure I was informed of all updates and scheduled work. They were very friendly Buddy the job foreman kept me updated on the materials needed and how everything was progressing. He was a great help. I will use DCC Builders again and I recommend this company 100%. I usually don't write reviews, but this company was straightforward and upfront on all levels. Values you don't find a lot these days!!
They have very courteous and caring employees, and were very informative of each stage of repair. We had siding and roof replaced, and pan roof above the carport and rear shed due to the hail storm. We recommended DCC to our family members and neighbors that had similar damage to ours. We had a couple little problems that didn't occur until it rained but as promised, Brandon had someone out to fix it the next day! We would definately recommend DCC to anyone who needs home repairs. Excellent customer service! The quality of the windows I purchased was beyond my expectations. Before installation, my house was not cooling properly at all. However, with the new windows, it holds a crisp temperature of 72 degrees which is a must in Florida! I will be doing business with this company in the future and I will be recommending to friends and family.
