A friend recommended Dr. Baiata to me a few years ago because she knew I was in such pain every morning. I had never tried chiropractic therapy so was slightly skeptical but Dr. Baiata’s philosophy of strengthening the back being more important than stretching has been life changing. I still need to go in for regular ‘maintenance’ adjustments - usually after paddle boarding or mountain biking - but the mindset to strengthen my back through simple body weight exercises (push-ups!) has helped tremendously. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

I had extreme neck pain from recent workout - could barely move my neck it was so painful. Spent 15 minutes with Dr Baiata and the pain was almost completely gone. Dr. Baiata made me feel very comfortable during my visit. It's the 1st time I've ever visited a Chiropractor so I was very nervous. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Baiata was very kind and knowledgeable. I saw him for a couple weeks when my neck locked up and he was sympathetic to my situation. He was very interested in my hobbies and occupation, so our time together was not spent in awkward silence. I enjoy the Daily Health Update emails regarding new studies being performed in all matters related to wellness and sometimes motivational quotes. The office is small, but cozy and well decorated. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Baiata for any chiropractic concerns!
