One Ocean Resort & Spa offers a beautiful beachfront setting with outstanding dining at the Azurea Restaurant, known for its excellent food, view, and attentive service. The hotel provides comfortable rooms, a pool, and a wide, uncrowded beach with complimentary chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Guests appreciate the hotel's walkability and the exceptional service from the staff. The bar area is aesthetically exquisite, with a stone hung walls and warm tones creating an exclusive lounge atmosphere. Top-shelf liquors are offered, and guests can enjoy the ocean vibes and sunset views while ordering food and fantastic drink variations from the sweet bartender. The service at the hotel and its facilities, including the spa, is outstanding, with staff members like Adrian, Giovanni, and Chris providing excellent care and attention to guests' experiences.
Stopped by while out in the town this place is BEYOND beautiful! I spoke with the ladies at the desk, Brooklyn and Trameka and they were super kind and cheerful they were telling me all about the renovations they are currently undergoing- this place is going to be breathtaking! I will 100000% be back soon! Thank you ladies!!
The One Ocean is currently under construction to rebrand as the Dune House in spring of 2026. The majority of their amenities are closed during construction including the restaurant, restaurant bar, pool bar, and spa, as well as many of their floors. I booked a stay with my husband, parents, and baby for 6 nights in October. We have been vacationing at the one ocean for over a decade and it has always been a luxurious and satisfying stay. Although we were initially very disappointed with everything being closed and not having been notified, the front desk staff, especially Shannon, the front desk manager, went above and beyond. They did what they could with their short-handed staff to try and accommodate us. Shannon was kind, empathetic, and extremely understanding of our situation. Despite the rocky start, we can tell they will be taking customer service and satisfaction very seriously in the future under their new management. We are looking forward to visiting again under the Dune House name once the remodel is complete to experience the changes made.
My husband and I recently spent our entire Saturday at the One Ocean Spa. We had treatments throughout the day with a decent late morning break. We used that time to enjoy breakfast the staff brought to us in the lounge. After additional treatments we had another hour and 20 min break we used to sit under an umbrella on the beach. It was incredibly relaxing. Our favorite treatment was the 80 min Body Scrub and our favorite tech was Sydney who works in the Nail Room (thx Sydney!). Our mistake was not going knowing about this Spa previously. Now that's it on our radar, it's scheduled to close for renovations mid-Sept. We look forward to the Spa reopening in Jan 2026.
