Love the ladies as they always do a great job! 12/23 was told to be here at 8 am …. It is now 8:24 and no ladies. Not happy!!! I have things to do and sitting in the parking lot wasting time and gas is not it.

I’ve been a customer for several years and have always received the best service from the entire staff! They always take the time to make sure I’m satisfied with my nails, pedicures, & waxing. I was out of town awhile back on a family emergency & received a call asking me if everything was alright and if something wasn’t right, they’d be happy to fix it! Though it had nothing to do with their service and I explained I was away on a family emergency, it proved how much they want their customers to be satisfied with their services! Ok, I love these ladies. I've been coming here since they opened (ok, I followed them here when they told me they'd be moving and opening their own store, lol)Talk about family! When u walk in, they greet you by name and somehow seem to remember your name after your first visit. They joke around, are always playful, and have that welcoming environment you don't typically get at a nail shop. But most of all, they care! The owners work as hard as their other employees but will still take the time to make sure you are happy with their work before you leave the store.I'd suggest calling to make an appointment because they have lots of return clients as well as referrals....read full review
