I was doing a bathroom faucet replacement in my guest bathroom and discovered the supply valves were not working properly and needed to be replaced too. I started the job myself but ran into a problem with replacing one of the valves. The pvc pipe broke close to the wall and I did not have the tools/skill level to repair. I called Advantage Plumbing and Sarah answered the phone. She was polite and professional and had a crew out to me within the hour. Mackey and Spencer arrived, well mannered and professional, assessed the situation and went right to work. After four days, the job is still not finished, but it’s no fault of Advantage. The technicians ran into several unexpected problems and projects but resolved each situation masterfully. I have faith in Advantage Plumbing that I will be completely satisfied once the job is completed.
