I had a great experience here! From the moment I contacted them about replacing the Cue system screen on my Cadillac SRX, I received prompt and helpful responses. Scheduling was easy, and they provided an accurate wait time for my appointment. I appreciated the appointment reminders I received via phone and email, which were helpful without being excessive.
When I arrived, they were ready for me, and the waiting room and shop were both clean. They are a husband and wife team and so friendly. The area around the shop isn’t too populated, but I felt perfectly safe the entire time.

He does great work, he did a great job with my 43-year-old Mercedes, does excellent work, very reasonable rates, highly recommend! And showed up on Sunday morning when they're in the middle of moving to a new house to fix something in my instrument cluster for me. The nicest people knowledgeable conscientious and careful.
Could not be more thankful for Kracken Automative! This past week I was visiting family in the area and had an issue with my car. They were able to get me in for an appointment and help fix the issue before I had to leave for the drive back home. Thank you again!
