If I could give this place a 0 star I would. let me start off by saying this nobody ever answers the phone. After my son‘s first appointment, they said they were gonna call me to make an appointment to follow up. They never did. I was calling for about two weeks and nobody ever answered. I finally got on the phone with somebody made an appointment for today and when I call to confirm, they said they canceled my appointment. They didn’t even try to email me nor call me to tell me that they canceled my appointment. My son’s pediatrician gave us a referral in December. I’ve been attempting to call to set up an appointment with this facility since then. Someone called me this past Tuesday and left me a voicemail. I returned the call the same day and spoke with someone regarding setting up an appointment. She informed me that the scheduler had left for the day and said she would have her return my call the next day. It’s now Friday, and I still haven’t received a call back, and no one is answering my calls. It’s clearly an indication that they don’t want any business and do not care to provide services.

The therapist are good. But the service of whoever answer the phones suck. I have been trying to call for the past 3 days no answer can't even leave a message for a call back to reschedule my son's appt. I have asked for weeks if the day can be change but never any enough therapist available. Maybe now posting this somebody can give me a call back finally.
