From beginning to end this is the BEST tree Service I have you ever used. Alec came by to give an estimate and walked around the property to make sure that everything was covered. The crew got here 30 minutes early to start work. They have a certified arborist that can determine how and what trees to cut and at what angle, so you don’t destroy the integrity of the tree. The care with which they did the job was unlike anything I have ever seen. They made sure that every tree was cut in proportion, that every tree had the proper canopy, and that when the job was finished everything was perfectly symmetrical. I highly recommend Alec and his company. I will never use anyone else on my property!!

I am not one to review a company's work. If a company does a bad job, people will learn about it. If a company does the job it was hired to do, great, that is what it was paid for. However, in this instance, Alec and his crew from Sunbelt not only completed the job they were hired for, they exceeded expectations. Our project included the removal of two 75' plus trees, raising the canopy of a Sycamore, along with thinning out the Sycamore canopy as well as two other tree canopies for wind "pass-through" during major storms, among other smaller tree maintenance around the structure of our house. First, Alec provided one of the most competitive quotes from the four companies that we considered for our project. The fact that he was the only competitive company to ALSO provide proof of liability, worker's compensation, and auto/equipment insurance solidified our decision. Second, Alec considered our time table, and completed the project well ahead of that time limit. Third, and what exceeded our expectations, was the way Alec handled the foreseeable issues with weather and other unforeseeable issues as well. Ultimately, even with weather, the project was completed the day planned. There was also a branch that fell down, within 36 hours of the project completion, that had no connection to Sunbelt's project work (no rot, no signs of wood destroying organisms, no signs of saw cuts, no proximity of the branches worked on the project, ect... just dumb luck), but all the same, Alec came out to remove that branch and confirm there were no other potentially compromised branches. To sum up... Alec and Sunbelt certainly have our continued business for the foreseeable future.

Company offered a great rate, came out in a timely manner, cleaned up nicely, and they even had to take down parts of the fence and put it back up. The best part (a big worry of mine was the birds and squirrels) of the experience was when I came to find out that one of the tree worker's wife takes care of the babies if they find a nest before cutting the trees down; the company checks for nests pretty well beforehand. Great experience!
