Snappy Nails

I've gone to Snappy Nails a few times, but this will be my last time. The young nail tech tried to do my nails but she is not properly trained in dip powder. My nails are a sloppy, uneven, shapeless disaster. I asked for almond nails that are slightly pointy. She cut my nails too short to get the right shape. The dip powder layers are uneven. I've tried different techs there and they each have a problem. Tina pulled my dip powder off with a tool instead of soaking them. Another lady did good nails but she was mean. The young lady needs training and experience.

My daughters and I have been going to Snappy for a year or so. Always a great job. If I break a nail in between fills they fix for me no charge. Friendly, good service and great prices. I'm a very happy customer!

I’ll start out by saying I’ve been coming here at least for a decade. I’ve had a few mishaps but overall, always have wanted to support the couple who owns the salon. Today, I came in for a fill and even brought the 3 nails that literally just fell off from last time. At the end of my service, I had crooked nails and didn’t want to complain. I was then charged an additional $5 for the 3 nails they had to glue on. I told him (owner) the nails just fell off and he said I got a new technician so she has to be paid.
