We have been with Pet Paradise for roughly 20 years. Dr O, Meli and the entire staff are wonderful! Not only do they take amazing care of my two very spoiled girls, Misty and Nikki, but they were wonderful with my boy, Poe. I couldn't imagine having any other vet team taking care of my pets.
Pet Paradise is beyond amazing! Dr Ortiz and the Pet Paradise staff are all so patient, kind, and caring. From the moment you walk in the staff at the front desk makes you feel welcomed and at home. We've been coming here for 7 years, even driving over an hour away after we moved because we wouldn't trust anyone else with our fur babies! Thank you Pet Paradise for caring for Nina and Luna (and Toby until he crossed the rainbow bridge).
I love this place. Me and my dog was are happy. Nurse Melissa was awesome to the point that my dog wanted to follow her back inside :). Also the doctor was great helping me understand a few things as a 1st time dog owner. I will continue to visit for my pet and 100% recommended. What really helped to choose this place was the hands on resourcs. As a 1st time dog owner, this was helpful with bordering, choosing pet insurance, etc.
