I had a super weird request to complete a project and Joe was more than happy to oblige and talked to me for a bit about troubleshooting some issues. Any PC repairs that I can't figure out myself, I'll definitely be going here.
The friendly employees make it such a pleasure when I need to come in for any service. The went through the warranty process to replace a piece for me, installed it, and kept me updated regularly. Staff, Service, and prices, simply awesome. I won't go anywhere else.
I had a laptop issue that I could not figure out after Googling a quality pc repair business, I decided on PCGeeks2Go due to customer reviews. Joseph greeted me and listened intently to my issue and offered assistance. When the initial troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, he kept it over the weekend (current day was Friday). He told me it would be ready Monday and he was true to his word. Now, my laptop works perfectly. I was charged fairly and honestly. Joseph is a personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy employee and I was very satisfied with my service. I have found my pc geeks! Until next time....thank you!
