My wife and I have been going to this facility for over 10 years. I have seen all the changes and not all have been positive. However I am very happy with the staff. I recently had a panicky situation with my wife and PA Mindi showed exceptional patience and helped me with my anxiety. Stacey at the front desk is very polite and helpful. will continue to work with this facility.
Dr Deyoung Excellent doctor listen to what you have to say and helps you with all your medical needs. Dr Deyoung return Messages ASAP and also the staff at that office are excellent And especially the medical assistance are great.
Those office has been my primary care doctors for over a decade, even before they became Optum. I've always been treated very well as a patient & as a person. They are attentive, professional, and provide amazing medical care. My health issues complex and difficult but they always find a way to help. They have 24/7 emergency phone services available. There are several doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, all able to help you with what ails you. The staff is wonderful, competent, personable & always on point handling paperwork, referrals, etc. They have an app to help contact them for Rx refills, questions for your provider, access to your records & more....read full review
