Gabriel Rivera is a real credit to Massey Services. He recently came to our home to inspect and refurbish our termite bait stations and add several new stations, and I couldn’t have been more impressed.
Gabriel was friendly, thorough, capable, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable. He was also kind enough to let me tag along while he worked, patiently explaining the bait stations, how they function, and some fascinating details about termite behavior. I learned a lot!
My compliments to Gabriel for the outstanding work he does—and to Massey Services for having someone of his caliber on the team.
Blake is our representative for 525 Parker Lee Loop, Apopka . I was ready to cancel Massey Services until Blake came back on our route. He is knowledgeable and takes great care to communicate what he is doing and what actions need to be taken. You need to keep him on this route. I also got my neighbor to get this service because of Blake. DO NOT MOVE HIM AGAIN TO ANOTHER ROUTE.
