I have been working with Certified since the 1980's. They have done all the AC installation and maintenance on two custom homes. They have just installed a new unit in my third home. The technicians are wonderful. They didn't mind explaining what they were doing and are genuinely nice people. Steve was quick to schedule, give estimates, order, follow up and give all the information needed to maintain. The office staff is easy to work with and did the work with Duke Energy to obtain a credit for upgrading the seer rating. This is an excellent company!
