BJ's was a life saver!!!!! AAA left my 85 year old mother broke down in the travel lane-no lights no emergency flashers no power, stranded on dark 2 lane road on a curve hard to be seen at night, afraid she was gonna be rear ended - gave a 3 hour window for tow. AAA did call for police assistance since she was in a dangerous situation - after 1.5 hrs neither police nor AAA tow showed. Called 5 other tow companies all 2+ hrs. Called local BJ's towing they showed in 20 minutes and got my mom out of harms way !! THANK YOU SO Much Rob S. for responding so quickly!!!!

Christy came and opened the lot on a Saturday for us to get our towed vehicle. It was a major inconvenience as they're not open Saturdays for retrieval but she will work with you if you are nice. She gave me advice on talking to my insurance company about covering the tow as well.

Great overall experience with William. He did great at helping guide us since it was our first time using towing service and getting into a car accident. He also followed through very well and was very timely with the drop off to our house. Will be using again in the future and recommending to others.
