Words can’t express the amazing experience and professionalism communicating with Cory Brown during this roof replacement process. We highly recommend anyone that’s needing an amazing roof expert and has many questions about their roof and tired of pressure salesmen not answering all of your questions. This is a company that values its reputation more than squeezing dollars out of folks. I called Alan's Roofing in the morning after noticing some water spots on the ceiling, and the rep Jasson Aguilar arrived later that day for a free inspection and estimate. After seeing the issue was related to a careless solar heater panel installation, he took a video from the roof and explained the issue and discussed options to repair. Since my roof was under 5 years old and the damage was caused by a few screw holes, I decided to try and caulk the holes myself. We were very pleased with the entire process. Jasson, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. There was virtually no wait to get the job done. The installation team was top notch, the workmanship superb and everything was cleaned up as though they had not even been here. We would highly recommend Alan’s Roofing.
