TGMG Apollo Beach receives mixed reviews regarding its patient care and service. Some patients describe the staff as super friendly and the front desk as top notch, feeling welcomed with timely appointments and providers who listen to concerns. Specific providers are praised as amazing. However, other reviews are very negative, describing the experience as impersonal, like herding cattle, with providers who do not care and appointments that are rushed in and out. A common complaint is that appointments with certain providers are hard to get.
Disgusting practice. Blew up my phone with 31 text messages to confirm an appointment which had been confirmed 3 times. Many of them were 11pm to 3am. Their response was to turn off my phone and it’s not their fault. My mom was in the icu and I don't have the luxury of shutting down my phone.
Then they blamed me for being upset with ZERO apologies. The correct response should have been: I’m sorry - We use a 3rd party app and let’s see what can be done. But they started with “it’s not me” which of course sets me off and then I’m the bad guy. 31 messages in the middle of the night is not acceptable.

This place is the best. The staff is super friendly and they listen to your concerns as well as your preferred method of treatment (if you like to try natural remedy first and not pills). I felt welcomed and they did their best to make sure you have timely appointments. Thanks TGMG of Apollo Beach! Front desk is top notch and Dr Brilmyer is too!
Wilson has poor bedside manner! Spent a large portion of my appointment hyper-focused on my medical treatment that had absolutely nothing to do with the purpose of the visit!!!!!!!!!!
