I had a fantastic experience at Skin Firm! The facility itself is very welcoming, clean, and smells beautiful. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Josie was extremely knowledgeable, listen to my concerns, and made a plan with me before starting the injections. She was very professional and kind, and has a gentle hand with injecting. I never felt like she was trying to upsell me on anything. She explained everything she was doing perfectly. I also love that the clinic has late hours on certain days of the week, and even some saturdays. This was an excellent experience, and I will definitely return.
