They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Instead, they offered straightforward advice. It’s rare to find a business that cares more about helping the customer than padding the invoice—but these folks truly do. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I had stayed home from work hoping to get someone out quickly, and unlike most companies that only offer vague 4-hour windows, Taylor AC gave me an exact time and showed up fast. The technician was not only prompt and professional, but also incredibly thorough. He even pointed out a separate safety issue unrelated to the AC system and took the time to explain how I could address it or get it properly serviced. That kind of attention to detail and care is rare. I’ll absolutely be using Taylor AC again for all future HVAC needs — highly recommend!
