The home was nicely decorated and spacious. Landscaping beautiful and the trees in the backyard are wonderful. The beds were comfortable and linens adequate, could have used a few more bath towels. The outdoor bar area was my families favorite hangout at night, we had two manatees right off the dock one night. Nice heavy duty deck furniture. Private beach across the road was very convenient for paddle boarding and looking for shells though there was a lot of sea grass on the beach there. Now for the not so good…microwave broke 36 hours in we did get a countertop replacement. The pool was scheduled to be serviced Tuesday and they did not come until Thursday afternoon...read full review

Our company had a business event in March 2023 in Florida. We rented a house in Holmes Beach, FL from this rental company. We liked their service and, most importantly, good affordable prices (much cheaper than in Miami). Very nice people in the office who clearly explained everything about the rules and the island itself! Yes, we definitely recommend them for rent and we will be back next 2024?

We spent an amazing week in Palms 2 on AMIThe place was beautifully furnished, centrally located on the island and the beach was only a block away. Staff was helpful and attentive! Definitely going back. Be sure to go to the City Pier for a beer and free live entertainment every night while sitting on a bench next to a great blue heron!
