Hurricane Milton damaged my roof on October 10, 2024. Representatives of Pro Dry Roofing LLC of Altoona Florida were there the day after the hurricane assessing my damages and stayed with me during insurance claim process until my roof was replaced with higher quality materials and better warranties than when it was originally built in 2015. The company's representatives: Taylor, Frank, Jaden, and Jackie made dealing with this inconvenient situation much easier for a retiree. Has the New World order in Florida with insurance companies demanding that you replace your roof every 15 years in order to avoid a $13,000 insurance premium increase that did not include wind or hail damage. We started shopping for a new roofing company.
Most of the homes in our gated equine community were built around the same time 2004 to 2008 and all of them found out they were in the same circumstance with different insurance companies and a lot of them hired roofing companies to do the work

Almost all of them were extremely disappointed with the work that was done and started to have problems shortly after the work was done
