I have not used this company, but this morning, 7/21/23, there was a cone blocking the way on highway 27 around 8 am. A gentleman working for Pro Tek Services got out of his vehicle in a different lane to move the cone blocking my lane. Although I haven’t used them yet, I intend to in the future because it shows that they have good people on their team who are willing to go out of their way help others. High fives to the guy who did this!

Wonderful experience! I saw a massive American cockroach in my kitchen at 7:30am. Standing on the dining room chair with my husbands shoe in one hand and my phone in the other, I frantically called Pro-Tek and left them a message. At 8:01am an amazing woman named Nikki called me back and immediately added me on the Pro-Tek schedule. A technician by the name of Thomas came out to our house and was exceptionally thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with the 100’s of questions I had for him! Great service, very professional. I had the privilege of having my condo serviced by Bryan, one of the Techs for Pro-Tek . Awesome person, always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
