Todd does great work, and communication with me arrive to your house and if I ask to make sure stuff is clean he does. If he found something that can help me keep termites outs or anything damaging my foundation he lets me know.

Ahead of schedule, the Orkin team of 4 trucks and 6-7 staff arrived. Each individual set about doing their job. While 2 men worked inside with each window being treated, other staff were outside forming a trench filled with solution . Meanwhile , other staff drilled a hole for the bait feeder. It was well organized . All was cleaned up and done in 3 hours. I am very pleased we chose Orkin for our termite bond and certainly would recommend them .

The technician was amazing because he knew us from a previous residence. he was very professional but the sales office when we booked rhe initial service, misled us thinking that we would have to be out of the house and the pets would have to be out of the house for a couple hours and that wasn't the service we got it's not the technician's fault it was a sales office that misled us
