My Father purchased the services of Neptune Society several years ago at the suggestion of one of his friends. At the time, he and his wife would go on trips outside of the USA and it gave him comfort to know that the Neptune Society would help the family if anything happened to him anywhere in the world. When my Dad passed recently, they have gone beyond my expectations of what a funeral home / service would do for me and my family.
Dealing with Neptune to have arrangements set up for both myself and my mom was so simple! Now I don't have to panic about the inevitable happening, and wondering last minute what to do. Now, one call does it all!
I wanted to save my children from having any issues with everything that needs to be done when a loved one dies. And gathering all the info, passwords, and documents has been a bit of a nightmare!! The ONLY thing that was extrenely easy was working with Zack from the Neptune Society! He explained everything, was so patient, and not once did he try to include anything I didn't need! It was an excellent price and included more than I could have imagined! I felt like a family member was helping me. It was an excellent choice to go with them!!
