Her muscle melt method of combining lymphatic drainage with light muscle work plus her profound spirituality and reverence for the world, her clients, the work she is doing, and the entire healing journey is nothing short of a miracle. I feel abundantly grateful to have Gay taking care of me.

Gay is incredible! She has done wonders on my aches and pains! She’s the whole package, not only is she excellent at massage therapy but she’s very caring and compassionate. I scheduled a lymphatic drainage massage with Gay Lacy, because I‘ve continually read about the importance of clearing and moving anything “stuck”. I also wanted to experience the BioMat during my session. Gay was so warm and welcoming. I appreciate how she wanted me to get the most out of my session, and the time she spent talking with me before the session. The Lymphatic Drainage massage was nothing short of extraordinary!
