John and his assistant were on-time, courteous, and very detailed. John meticulously spent his time making sure our travertine tile was well-taken care of and cleaned well. All done for a great price and done neatly and professionally. John is a great guy and gave advice on how to maintain our tile and even gave us a complentary bottle of cleaning product. I've been using Major Floor Care for a year and a half, I have them come every six months. My carpeting and area rugs have never looked better.
