The only good thing I can say is that they were able to see me within a day of the beginning of an abcess...since then CRAP!!!!!!!! They (Apopka ) referred me to a periodontist, since they don't have one...set me up with the appt at another office with the date and time and the Dr. I called to confirm today...that Dr. left sometime ago and they never scheduled the appt. Called, wanted to speak to the office manager...was told they had no one available, once I advised of the problem..the asst manager came on the phone. Advised that it was UNPROFESSIONAL to lie to a customer that there was no manager available. The asst manager of Apopka (VERY RUDE) kept saying it was my responsibility to setup the appt. I stated that it was there issue sending me to a Dr. that had not been in that office (Altimonte) for some time and I was angry that they wouldn't verify that the Dr. was even at the office when the referral was made. Skept saying that was my problem Please, do not go here!!! All they do is bait and switch!!!
Andrew allows people like David Sterrett to botch and ruin children’s life’s and welfare. David took my childhood and I can never get back what he did to me. Justice will be served, and SHAME on Greenberg dental for allowing him to STILL PRACTICE in their office. I will fight until all of Florida knows what’s going on in these Greenberg offices. Do better Andrew, you have people’s livelihoods in your hands and you have allowed David Sterrett to abuse his power for way too long, this stops now.
Greenberg Dental didn't have any positive qualities that I can comment on. Every aspect of my experience was a fail. From the initial phone call for an appointment, to the check-in / waiting process, to being examined. It was all terrible and I would not recommend this office to anyone. I can go into specific details and elaborate on all aspects, but I honestly think even writing this much is a waste of my time. The main point in this review is to forewarn others. To be honest, the only reason this office seems busy and has large volume of customers is because orthodontist in central Florida is as scarce as finding a Florida panther on your lawn!
