Allen was very knowledgeable and totally professional. We bought a home that had 3 toilets that wouldn't stop running. The water bill was really crazy. He fixed them and we confirmed before he left that the water meter was no longer spinning. Also received an email message from the office when our technician was on his way. Good heads up.
