Initial Issue: After purchasing my home, I discovered the roof over the converted carport was sagging. It was difficult to get a response initially; I struggled to get anyone on the phone or receive a follow-up after the first inspection, which was quite frustrating given the warranty concerns.
Update: I am updating my review because Jesse reached out and worked with me very quickly to resolve this issue. I am now very satisfied with the results and the quality of the work. It’s clear they stand behind their service once the right people are involved. Thank you, Jesse!

Whomever lady was driving this car should never be allowed to drive again.
After the hurricanes, we experienced some damage. We called Creative Roofing and Juan came to checkout the issues, *was honest* and got the job done quickly. We would 100% recommend Creative Roofing again.
