Initial Issue: After purchasing my home, I discovered the roof over the converted carport was sagging. It was difficult to get a response initially; I struggled to get anyone on the phone or receive a follow-up after the first inspection, which was quite frustrating given the warranty concerns.

But definitely work on your driving skills, HORRIBLE, almost collided into another car more than twice, who gave you a drivers license?
Whomever lady was driving this car should never be allowed to drive again.
