I sought out therapy because I knew that I had some issues that I needed to work on in order to be a better version of myself. I can honestly say that having met Monique has been an eye opening experience that has helped me find myself, recover emotionally and self heal. Monique is welcoming and non judgmental, which makes you feel at peace. I am so grateful for the support.
In reference to Monique: I haven’t had the need for therapy in a little while but I can say that since I’ve been having sessions with her I have felt much better about myself and my life. She has helped me with recognizing my value, setting healthy boundaries and much more. I don’t think I would be here today if I didn’t have her guidance. Thank you Monique!
I have not been to therapy for a while, but I knew I need to go that's when I made the phone call, and they booked an appointment with Monique. Monique is so easy going, she listens to you without interruptions, she is very kind, very funny, patient and encouraging. I've been going for 7 months know and she has helped me so much to deal with marriage issues and also with my daughter. Her office is very inviting the environment is tranquil serene fill with positive messages beach theme soothing water and really a very relaxing place.
