Planning a wedding in Florida when you live in Hawaii is an extremely daunting task. I knew I needed help and my gut told me within minutes of talking to Katie that she and her team were exactly what I was looking for. Beyond knowing I wanted blue hydrangeas and a complimenting color palette, I didn’t have a lot of expectations for design. After answering some “get to know you” style questions we met with Katie for a three day whirlwind of vendor meetings. With her help and meticulously prepared design board (that included samples when possible!), we settled on nearly every major design decision in one meeting and left ready to sign all of our vendor contracts. Seeing all of those pieces come to life on the day of was beyond what I ever could have imagined. Katie’s attention to every detail and placement of unique personal touches that represented us as a couple was incredible and something we, as well as all of our guests, felt and appreciated on the big day. Our top priority overall was that everyone have fun and WOW did we ever! A month later and family and friends are still telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Spending the day not having to worry about a thing was the best gift myself, my husband and family could have asked for. We can’t thank the Blue Ribbon Weddings team enough for making our wedding everything we wanted and more. We will cherish these memories forever!

I wish I could get married EVERY year!!! Other than saying 'Yes!' to my husband, making the decision to hire Blue Ribbon Weddings was the BEST decision I could have made! Katie was my rock through the entire planning process! She was always available for a call, via email or text, and she had the best advice for every minute detail. I had a million crazy requests and Katie was there every step of the way with vendors that fit my needs, ideas to help make my vision become a reality, and she was the voice of reason when dealing with personal family dramas. I cannot thank both Katie and Em enough for all of their hard work wedding planning and their flawless execution on the day of my wedding! Hiring Blue Ribbon Weddings will be the best decision you could make besides your 'I do's'! I would have never had the wedding of my dreams without them!

Katie and Emily are the best! They are beyond detailed with their timelines and design templates/floorplans which make the wedding day go so smoothly. They have their client's best interests at heart and always want to do what's fair. They stay so calm on wedding day so that you won't worry about a thing. The best thing you can do is invest in a wedding planner and you'd be in such great hands with their team!!
