Amy and her team at Beyond Commercial are the best! The professionalism is top notch, extremely responsive and did great at giving ideas and different option of potential spaces. She ultimately found a hidden gym for my aesthetic practice with great potential of growth in the surrounding area. She amazed me with the way she dissected the lease agreement and ensure I understood everything on it. Plus negotiated clauses in the lease that were always more in my favor.
