I wish I could give this office zero stars! My appt came as a follow up after an ER visit for threatened MISCARRIAGE. I arrived 10 mins late and they refused to see me and made me reschedule my appointment and THEY HAD NO ONE WAITING IN THE Waiting room. I left in tears and walked Next door to the ER to find out that I did in fact miscarry. The staff was rude and unprofessional, no compassion. I would never come back to this office!

I go to the OBGYN here. Michelle and Stacy are the sweetest. However, Rebecca is honestly so rude. I am 30 weeks pregnant and drove an entire hour to my appointment just for her to literally kick me out because my appointment had been set too soon.Look, i agree that the appointment might’ve been set too soon but the way she just walts into that room and said “yeah girl, no.” was just really not appreciated. i only had her twice and both times i brought up concerns or had a question she made me feel stupid and just shot me down with a sick attitude. I definitely dont recommend that woman.

I have been a patient of this group for over 20 years. It's time to find a new provider. The last few years it's been like pulling teeth to get an appointment, be seen on time or get anyone to review test results or return phone calls in a timely matter. It now takes over a month to get an appointment to be seen for a simple infection that would take 5 minutes to evaluate. It's ridiculous. When you do get an appointment, expect to wait for over an hour every time. They have no respect for their patients schedules - like we have nothing better to do than sit in a waiting room for an hour and then the exam room for another 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
