Expect a long wait. Told to get here early after drinking a bunch of water for my third trimester sonogram and my appointment was 45 minutes ago. So waiting an hour and 15 minutes now with a full bladder.

Set an appointment on line for this morning with Dr Sasse . I got a call as I was on my way in that she was not take new patients. I told the person who called that I was not a new patient. They couldn't locate my records and basically acted like I was lying. I told her I was in pain and needed to see someone and I had already waited several days to get in to see Dr Sasse. She asked the doctor if she could see me. They said no to go to Centra Care. Horrible doctor horrible staff. Find a family doctor that actually cares. Also, the Advent website said she was taking new patients so get your act together if you are going to push people to use the website.

My three teens and I see different nurse practitioners here and I couldn't possibly exaggerate how wonderful they both are! We truly feel cared for. Kennie really understands what it's like to be a teenager today and focuses on the positive. Sunita feels like a true partner in my health. Just a great medical group.
