The staff has always been caring and dedicated. We recently took our 2 pups for shots and a checkup. The front staff, the doctor, and the assistant were all very patient them and made them feel relaxed so everything went well. 😊
We take all our pets here and have been extremely satisfied. I recently had to make the very difficult decision of saying good bye to my 18 year old cat, Andy. From the moment I made the appointment, to the day of departure, the entire team was kind, compassionate, and understanding. I recently received a sympathy card for Andy. This was not just a generic card. Every team member signed it, and even mentioned Andy by name. This warmed my ❤️.

Earlier this year, we noticed that our 10 year old chocolate lab was experiencing some issues with her eye. When we brought her in for her annual physical, Dr. Mauro correctly identified something that they don’t often see- a specific kind of tumor behind her left eye. She referred us to Blue Pearl for a formal diagnosis, and while the dr we saw at Blue Pearl was Knowledgeable, kind and compassionate when they told us the only option was to remove the eye, their estimate to do the surgery was just under $6,000.
