Andrea Carolin was absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of Delaware Real Estate Laws, including the newest ones. Her answers to our questions were prompt and accurate. We needed to have our septic replaced among other things; she took the time to connect us with to best contractors to get the work completed at the best prices in our area (even negotiating prices and finding discounts we were not aware existed). There were countless times she went to bat for us even if she didn’t have to! I would trust her judgement and opinion on all my future real estate needs and wants.
