The girl who did my mani and pedi did a good job this time..The staff is not much friendly. I use this nail salon when I have limited time and not my first choice, close to home. Also they are very slow and even when you make an appointment you wait too long. They cater to the black people, they make up there own prices for different services,adding $5 to $7 extra on your total balance, saying 'oh we added wrong sorry' so take the extra minute or 2 to check over your bill for there services before you pay them. Yes I said it. This is my review. Thank you.

I love this place. I’ve been going for about a year now. Katie is my nail technician and I absolutely love her. I don’t have any complaints about any of the nail technicians in the salon. Everyone does a wonderful job. In my opinion, I will rate hot nails, a five out of five, because of the hospitality team, the detail of knowing their customers, and once you are established, you don’t have a hard time getting an appointment. I would definitely recommend making an appointment, as they do walk-in but having an appointment is much easier. Amazing customer service and they did my nails perfectly !! I booked an acrylic full set and gel pedicure. I was seated immediately at the time of my appointment. The nail tech made my nails look exactly like i wanted from a pinterest photo with a complex design. The salon is clean and everyone working there is friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone!
