VASCO arrived onsite the day and time promised to repair our second story deck. Greg, a partner, clearly described the approach to repairing the deck and hourly rates for a time and materials project. He arrived at the site on a daily basis to review the progress to determine if I was satisfied with the work and had any questions. The onsite foreman, Mat, and two helpers were knowlegeable, efficient, professional, personable, and answered all my questions regarding their approach to repairing the deck.
