I found Kathy after several failed attempts to find a good barber in the Millsboro area. I've been going to Kathy for about a year now, and she consistently gives a great haircut. She makes sure your hair cut looks right, and also does it fairly quickly. For me, that's how I like to get a haircut. Highly recommend!Service: Haircut
