My experience with Benchmark Physical Therapy was completely positive. Reception, which was quick and easy. As a new patient, there were forms to sign. I was able to do all the paperwork online, which speeds things up. The waiting area is pleasant with coffee, tea and other hot beverages. I loved meeting my Therapist, Stephanie. She is bright, friendly and very knowledgeable. We sat down together to review expectations, before and after my surgery. I left with printed material showing the exercises I need to do before surgery. We also talked about what I should anticipate after surgery. I left Benchmark feeling confident and strong; prepared for surgery. Thank you Seaford,… read full review
Excellent physical therapy experience for my Achilles recovery. All of the therapists were knowledgeable, attentive, and tailored every session to my specific needs. I saw steady progress, gained strength and gained confidence to return back to normal activities. The staff is professional, encouraging and results driven. Highly recommended!!!
I cannot say enough about the care I have received from Stephanie, Jalisa and Christine in the Seaford location. Katie is always helpful with appointments and insurance questions as well. These ladies make therapy fun and enjoyable. Thank you for the kindness and great care.
