My initial call to Valor went directly to my Project Manager Bill (no voicemail – a knowledgeable human!), who met with me on my schedule. An immediate level of trust was developed upon meeting, and I canceled my second estimate meeting with another company because I knew it was better to work with somebody who I trusted.
