We had wanted to renovate our small condo for years but couldn't find a contractor willing to take on a project this size. Turnstone said yes, and we're so glad they did. Our place is only about 750 square feet, but the ocean views are incredible, and we'd never been able to take full advantage of them. Turnstone did a full gut renovation and converted our unconditioned front porch into year-round living space. We now have modern appliances, all-new HVAC, and updated plumbing throughout. We used Turnstone for our home renovation in Bethany Beach - a down to the studs renovation. Morgan Garms was our project manager and we could not have been happier. The whole process, from initial planning to construction to working with outside designers, was handled with the highest customer service. The whole Turnstone team was there to provide guidance and recommendations, giving us access to their extensive experience. We are so thrilled with our new home! This is our first experience building a custom home, and from our very first meeting with Harvey to the finished product, it has been a distinct pleasure to work with Turnstone Custom Homes.
