Happy Camper here - I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.

We use Alarm Lock on our building and needed support but the company would only talk to a licensed professional locksmith. I reached out to Penn-Del locksmith and they were able to obtain the information I needed. I was able to get our lock working with the assistance of Penn-Del locksmith who helped without delay or billing us. Great service!!

One phone call same day service Keith showed up after work reconstructed and existing old front door lock very complicated process nailed it customers could not be happier. They had their front door functioning and they had security for the evening. Can’t thank them enough thanks guys
