I used to like going here but something has changed. The last few times I’ve been in my clothes do not even look like they have been cleaned. I’ve shown them spots and when I pick them up they are still there. The woman who gave me my dry cleaning just said we don’t guarantee that spots will come out. Disappointing not sure I’ll return.

I took in 4 sweaters for dry cleaning and specifically states that they were all cashmere which they noted on the slip. When I got them home, they were ALL SHRUNKEN BEYOND REPAIR! I know from experience when a cashmere sweater is washed versus dry cleaned and it shrinks. I am very disappointed since my favorite sweaters are now unwearable!!! First and last time for me.

Brought new curtains to be ironed on recommendation by a neighbor. Not only did it cost $30 per panel (x4), but when I went to pick up, they still had creases in many spots. I pointed it out to owner who then became belligerent. I asked them to redo which he agreed after a bit of arguing. I left and then 30 minutes later got a call that they were ready but to pick them up immediately because “they took up too much room”?..(they were hanging on hangers).
I had other items with me that I was going to have them clean but decided against ever using them again because if you have a personal problem, don’t take ot out on customers.
