Went with my daughter today for the first time. The person I made the appointment with was abrupt and condescending. The nail technician I had was annoyed that we didn’t let her bully us into a more expensive service. She did a good job on my pedicure but again was annoyed when I refused a manicure. The gentleman who did my daughter cut her foot when he was too aggressive with a scaling tool. He did not apologize and had to be asked to put a band aide on the bleeding cut.The entire time the two technicians communicated and laughed with each other in their language.No need to return. Once was enough.

We arrived on time. 3 people asked what we were there for. I said 2 pedicures. We went back they had to move someone so we could sit together. We both soaked our feet and someone started my pedicure. No one came to do my sons. The gentlemen finished my pedi then started his.When I booked 2 I expected them to be done at the same time. After they used the cheese grater on my son they never smoothed out the skin. This was not the experience we wanted.

I have been seeing GioAn for months now and I will not go anywhere else for my nails! She is fast, friendly and does the best shaping!! I don’t even have to tell her what I want she’s that good! I have recommended several friends and family and they all love her.
