I purchased a new home in Dec 2025 and wanted to update the floors to luxury vinyl. Knowing no one in RB, I decided to go to Carpet One where I met the most amazing woman, Holly Fields Scott. She is so knowledgeable about all the floor choices and helped me select the perfect floor for my new home. Eric who works there also was wonderful. This wasn’t an easy job because the joining rooms were previously carpeted and I wanted flat transitions from room to room. It couldn’t have bern more perfect. My sales experience was low key, no pressure with fair pricing by a wonderfully warm salesperson Tina. The installers were SPECTACULAR. The installers added hardwood floors that were joined to our current hardwood floors and it looks seamless. They were polite and attentive to detail. Exceptional experience!!!
