Very pleased first time customer. There was quick turnaround from my request and the information I supplied to receiving a quote. The day of installation, the guys were punctual, professional, and required little to no oversight. Will definitely use again for future needs!

No show, no call for noon appointment made two week prior. I called at 2pm to find out what happened to which they said they’d find out and call me back. They didn’t call back as of 4:30pm. Heard good things about this company but so far am disappointed, mainly because I need the work done quickly.Update: the electrician was reassigned my job the next morning and got right on it. The boss called the next morning as well to apologize for the mix up. The electrician did all the work prescribed and for one he even went above and beyond to make sure the result of his job made sense rather than just “fix it”. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. I could not recommend Nickle Electrical enough. They went above and beyond to get my family's power up and running, all while providing outstanding customer service at a price that was more than fair. I'd like to thank Raul, Felix, Carlos, Chris, and Noah in particular, as I had the pleasure of working with them directly.
