The employees I interacted with were sweet and the waiting area was super clean and nice. My issue is I brought my Kia Sorento in for a bulb change, and they told me that the bulb was not the issue. That they had changed the bulb and it wasn't turning on, so I needed to make an appointment to come in because it was likely some electrical issue. This was mid August and the soonest appointment wasn't until November. So I made an appointment with a different Kia dealership that had sooner availability only for them to tell me that Martin Kia had changed the wrong bulb, and this whole time it was just a bulb change. I took my new Kia into be serviced for the first time. The appointment was made when I purchased the car. It included oil change and checks. After 1.5 hours my car was not done. I asked about and they did check. In 15 more minutes my car was brought in. I had hoped it would be more efficient since they remodeled but I guess not. I guess I’ll find another place. Oh, a lady who “dropped in”q qgot oil and tires rotated and was done in 50 minutes.

I've been coming here for oil changes for many many years so I was excited to see that they now have an Express Oil Change instead of having to make an appointment. When I got there I was told I was the next one so it shouldn't be long. Well, over an hour and 45 minutes later I finally got my car back. Even though I informed them that I would be waiting for the car, somehow, according to Russell, the guys shuffled during lunch leading to the delay. Russell did apologize more than once, but that didn't help my schedule as I was expecting something closer to "express" rather than "extended delay".
