I have really grown to love my therapist and psychiatrist. I recently left a psychiatrist of 20 some years and felt really vulnerable switching. The cross over was seamless and actually turned out a better fit. I went from a male dr to female support. Im not saying female is better than male but after 20 years these brilliant ladies just clicked very quickly. “Change is the only guarantee” is what my former Dr told me, and he was right.
