I had all but given up on Hair Cuttery and as a last ditch effort, booked an appointment with Alexandra at the mall. Alexandra did not reschedule my appointment at the last minute, she did not pull a no show and she was not rude like my previous experiences with Hair Cuttery locations. Alexandra listen to me and asked me questions about my hair. Alexandra answered all of my questions clearly and professionally. I received a great hair cut and advice as to how to correctly and safely color my hair at home. I will return to Hair Cuttery but only for Alexandra, if she leaves, so will I. My hair was so damaged and Alex came to the rescue. She did such and amazing job! Very knowledgeable and sweet! I am excited to say I have a new stylist! She left my hair feeling soft and no more dead ends! Amazing work! She also gave me tips on how to upkeep! Thank you Alex! See you soon!
